Shipping & Delivery Information

We ship your order with our shipping partners DHL and UPS. As a standard, we only ship to the countries listed below.
The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below.

If you wish shipping to another country, please send us an email to service@helmtrophy.com and let us know the item, the quantity, and the delivery address including the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then promptly inform you whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if applicable, inform you of the shipping costs, as we must first inquire about the shipping options and costs with our shipping partner.

Information on Delivery Times

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment is the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

Information on the Calculation of the Delivery Date

The period for delivery begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, such a day shall be replaced by the next working day.

Express Shipping

We offer you express shipping for delivery within Germany with our shipping partner UPS.
You can find the applicable shipping costs in the table below.
Delivery is guaranteed on the next working day (Monday to Saturday) after dispatch between 8:00 and 12:00 in Germany (excluding islands).
