As a club, you save with us from your very first order! Since May 12, 2022, we have introduced the club discount. You will receive this discount when ordering as a club with a club account. If your club already has a customer account, the discount is automatically applied.

How can I convert a customer account into a club account?

To convert your existing customer account into a club account, please send us an email to service@helmtrophy.com. The following information should be included:

• Your customer account (name and email address).
• A statement that the account should be converted to a club account.
• Club information: name, address, and, if applicable, contact person.

Note: The account holder must have the permission of the club board to make the conversion.

Since 2009, we have been rewarding our loyal customers with a graduated discount based on their previous turnover. This discount is automatically applied to every order.

Since we know from our own experience that it is best to save real money directly with your order and not have to redeem any points within the next 6 months to prevent them from expiring, we have decided on the following system:

All orders you have placed in our shop since December 7, 2007, and which have been fully completed, are automatically taken into account. Depending on your turnover, you will receive the individual discount rates on your future orders.

Please note that the discount level achieved applies to the next order and cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders. In the event of returns, the discount levels will be adjusted accordingly and, if necessary, recalculated.

For discount calculation, the gross order value of the order including shipping costs applies.

Products with customer-specific prices and custom-made products are excluded from our loyalty discount.
