Purchase on Account

Club and corporate customers from Germany can purchase on account starting from their first order. When you choose this payment method, a credit check will be automatically conducted. Furthermore, the invoice limit is capped at a maximum of €500. In the event of a payment default on your part, our claims will be forwarded to our collection agency.

For our regular customers, we offer a higher invoice limit upon agreement. If you require an increase in your invoice limit for your order, please contact us briefly. However, we reserve the right to conduct an additional credit check and to exclude you from purchasing on account.

When purchasing on open account, the net invoice amount must be paid by you within 14 days of receiving the goods.

As the purpose of use, please provide your customer number and invoice number.

Direct Debit

Club and corporate customers from Germany can already pay from the first order by direct debit. If you choose this payment method, a credit check is automatically performed. Furthermore, the invoice limit is limited to a maximum of 500 €. In the event of non-payment, our receivables will be forwarded to our collection agency.

For our loyal customers we offer a higher invoice limit after consultation. If you need an increase in your invoice limit for your order, contact us. However, we reserve the right to further credit check and exclusion from direct debit.

We will conveniently debit the invoice amount from your bank account on the Day of shipment.

Advance Payment

Advance payments are made via bank transfer.
When paying in advance, you will receive all necessary information displayed after your order and also sent to you via email.

As the purpose of use, please provide your customer number and invoice number.

Your delivery will be dispatched as soon as possible once the payment has been credited to our bank account.

Please note that depending on the day of the week and the speed of the respective bank, it may take 1 to 3 days for the payment to be received.

PayPal

You can quickly and easily pay via PayPal.
Here, the amount will be debited from your PayPal account after completion of your order.

To complete the payment by PayPal please note the following steps:

• Select PayPal as the payment method.
• In the next step you will be directed to PayPal.
• Log in to your PayPal account or sign up directly with PayPal.
• Review your payment details with PayPal and click continue.
• Afterwards you will see a summary of your order in our online store.
• After you have checked your order and clicked on "order now", the payment will be processed by PayPal.

Credit Card

You can conveniently pay by credit card.

We offer you the possibility of Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro and American Express to make your payment. The payment is made through our clearing partner Adyen. All data is transferred to the Adyen servers via so-called SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) with up to 256 bit encryption (depending on the browser). Only required data is stored on the Adyen servers in encrypted form, so that the document obligation can be fulfilled.
